Let's start this with a coffee.
No pitch deck on the first call. No discovery process that takes three weeks. Just an honest conversation with a Flux over coffee. They'll tell you whether we're the right people, and if not, point you toward who is.
// what brings you here?
_direct channels
// email
hello@iflux.inThe fastest way to reach us. Goes straight to an engineer, not a queue.
Send an email// response time
Within one business day
You get a considered reply from someone who read your message, not a templated autoresponder.
// who replies
An engineer, not a bot
Your first conversation is with someone who could actually build the thing you're describing.
_what happens after you send
/01
A Flux reads it
Not a sales rep. Not a triage system. Someone who can actually evaluate your problem reads your message first.
/02
We respond honestly
Within one business day. If we have questions, we ask them. If we're not the right fit, we tell you, and we try to point you toward who is.
/03
A real conversation
No pitch deck. No slide about our process. Just a call where we ask questions and listen, because we can't help you until we understand you.
/04
You decide
After the conversation, you'll know whether we're the right team. No pressure. No proposal sent before you're ready. You move when you're ready.
_frequently asked
What happens after I submit the contact form?
A person, not an automated ticket system, reads it first. iFlux calls the people who do the engineering work "Fluxes" — one of them reviews your message, replies within one business day, and asks questions directly if something is unclear. If it looks like a fit, the next step is a real conversation, no pitch deck, and you decide from there whether to move forward.
How fast does iFlux respond to a message?
Within one business day. That reply comes from the engineer who actually read your message, not a templated auto-response or a sales queue, so the first thing you hear back is a considered answer to what you asked, not a scheduling link or a form letter.
Is the first conversation free, and is there any obligation to hire iFlux afterward?
Yes. The first conversation is a no-pressure discussion where a Flux asks questions and listens to understand your problem, not a sales pitch. There is no proposal sent before you are ready and no obligation to continue. You decide, on your own timeline, whether iFlux is the right team for the work.
What information should I include when reaching out?
Describe the problem you are trying to solve, or the software you are trying to build, in your own words. You do not need a polished brief or a fully scoped project plan. Enough detail for an engineer to understand what you are building and where you are stuck is enough to start a useful conversation.
What happens if iFlux isn't the right fit for my project?
Not every problem is one iFlux should take on. If, after talking, the team believes someone else is better placed to help, they will say so directly and try to point you toward who that is. iFlux would rather decline a project than take on work it cannot do justice to.
// if we're not
the right fit
Not every problem is an iFlux problem. If after talking we think someone else is better placed to help you, we'll tell you that, and we'll tell you who. We'd rather lose a project and keep our integrity than take work we can't do justice to. That's not a policy. It's just how we operate.
