Privacy policy
We collect as little as we can, keep it only as long as we need to, and never sell it. This page explains what that means in practice, in plain language, not legalese.

What this covers
This policy applies to iFlux (“we”, “us”) and to everyone who visits iflux.in, contacts us, or works with us on an engagement. It describes the personal data we handle and the choices you have over it.

What we collect
Only what a given interaction needs:
- Contact details : your name, email, company and message when you reach out or fill in a form.
- Engagement data : information you share with us while we work together, held under the terms of our agreement.
- Usage data : basic, mostly-aggregated analytics about how the site is used (pages, device, approximate region).

How we use it
To reply to you, to scope and deliver engagements, to keep the site working and secure, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. That's the whole list. We don't use your data to train models, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of first-party, privacy-respecting analytics events to understand what's useful. No third-party advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking the site.

Sharing & processors
We share data only with the service providers that help us operate (email, hosting, analytics, and accounting), each bound by a data-processing agreement. We'll also disclose data where the law genuinely requires it. We never share it for anyone's marketing.

How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we're in touch and for a reasonable period after. Engagement records are kept for the life of the project and as long as tax and legal rules require. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email us and we'll action it, usually within 30 days, and without making you jump through hoops.

Security
We use encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and the same standards-first engineering discipline we bring to client work. No system is perfectly secure. But we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated, and we'll tell you promptly if something goes wrong.

Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and move the “last updated” date. For anything material, we'll tell you directly rather than burying it in a diff.
